Simon
Managing Director
Simon founded Mantle (originally Maple Tree Web Design) in February 2019. As the developer and co-founder, he brings technical expertise and a hands-on approach to every project.
Founded the business part-time alongside his employed role, turning it into a full-time endeavour in 2022.
Oliver
Staff Software Engineer
Ollie is an experienced developer with a background in accounting. His combination of technical and financial expertise brings a practical, business-focused perspective to development work, providing value to every client.
Former accountant turned developer, bringing a detail oriented and creative approach to development.
Joe
Sales & Marketing Director
Joe co-founded Mantle alongside Simon in February 2019. With sales, marketing and operations in financial services he takes new clients through discovery to ensure our teams know exactly what they're looking to achieve.
Utilises sales, marketing and relationship management experience to find, onboard and support clients.
Dan
Web and Software Developer (Full-Stack)
Dan is a valued member of the Mantle Development team, contributing to projects across software development, including front end design work and back end platform builds.
Part of the growing Mantle team supporting clients across diverse sectors.
Kyle
Apprentice Developer
Kyle brings technical expertise and collaborative spirit to the Mantle Development team, working on bespoke software solutions and client projects.
Contributes to the diverse portfolio of projects and retainer work across multiple industries.
Piotr
Software Engineering Director
Piotr is a Director and key member of the Mantle Development team, working on software development, Dev Ops, systems integration, and technical solutions for clients.
Part of the team that supports clients with bespoke software solutions and technical expertise.
Stella
Process Development Manager
Stella is responsible for Process Development at Mantle, supporting clients with documenting and mapping existing processes all the way through to full process analysis to put new structures in place to improve business efficiency.
Helps deliver comprehensive solutions that enable and empower business growth.
Alex
Head of IT & Dev Ops
With experience as a support engineer before moving onto project management & roll outs, Alex joined Mantle in January 2026 to launch IT & Dev Ops , widening our services offering to include IT support, Azure consultancy, Security & Compliance, and more.
