Simon
CEO & Founder
Simon founded Mantle (originally Maple Tree Web Design) in February 2019. As the developer and co-founder, he brings technical expertise and a hands-on approach to every project.
Founded the business part-time alongside his employed role, turning it into a full-time endeavour in 2022.
Oliver
Staff Software Engineer
Ollie is an experienced developer with a background in accounting. His combination of technical and financial expertise brings a practical, business-focused perspective to development work, providing value to every client.
Former accountant turned developer, bringing a detail oriented and creative approach to development.
Joe
Managing Director
Joe co-founded Mantle alongside Simon in February 2019. With a background in sales, marketing and operations in financial services he manages the day to day running of Mantle and leads on sales, taking new clients through discovery to ensure our teams know exactly what they're looking to achieve.
Utilises sales, marketing and relationship management experience to find, onboard and support clients.
Kyle
Apprentice Developer
Kyle brings technical expertise and collaborative spirit to the Mantle Development team, working on bespoke software solutions and client projects.
Contributes to the diverse portfolio of projects and retainer work across multiple industries.
Piotr
Software Engineering Director
Piotr is a Director and key member of the Mantle Development team, working on software development, Dev Ops, systems integration, and technical solutions for clients.
Part of the team that supports clients with bespoke software solutions and technical expertise.
Stella
Process Development Manager
Stella is responsible for Process Development at Mantle, supporting clients with documenting and mapping existing processes all the way through to full process analysis to put new structures in place to improve business efficiency.
Helps deliver comprehensive solutions that enable and empower business growth.
Alex
Head of IT & Dev Ops
With experience as a support engineer before moving onto project management & roll outs, Alex joined Mantle in January 2026 to launch our Microsoft Power Platform Development service, widening our offering to include Dyanmics 365, Azure consultancy, Power Apps and more.
Helping businesses streamline their Microsoft Enviornment and do what they do best without tech-related delays & blockers.
Chelsey
Junior Software Engineer
Chelsey is a motivated junior software engineer with experience in Microsoft environments, including SharePoint and Power Automate, building scalable, user-focused solutions through collaborative, feedback-driven development.
Supports the team in developing software across a wide range of projects.
Bryce
Software Engineer
Bryce is a Toronto native with a diverse engineering background spanning robotics, full-stack web development, and industrial software. He has developed telematics tracking systems for industrial machinery, programmed nuclear robotics at Ontario Power Generation, and conducted research with Boston Dynamics platforms, and is a published CSME researcher.
An active gigging musician (guitarist, pianist, and vocalist) when he's not writing code or working with robots.
Tyrese
Junior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer
Tyrese is a first-class Computer Science graduate with experience developing AI, automation, and data engineering solutions. During his placement with Leeds City Council, he independently delivered three production-facing systems, including an AI-powered HR email triage tool, data analysis supporting a large-scale Windows 11 migration, and an automated registration process using Microsoft Power Platform.
Develops Microsoft Power Platform solutions that streamline processes and improve day-to-day business efficiency.
