The Work

We work with a wide variety of clients of all shapes and sizes, across a multitude of industries, allowing our team to see, learn about, and get involved in a diverse portfolio of projects and retainer work. Our work is bespoke, specific to each client and their wants and needs, whether they be requested or suggested by us.

We always provide the best solutions we can, taking on board the clients requests, while making suggestions of our own - a cooperative approach to project scoping that allows us to account for the practical application early on in the process, while adapting where needed as we go, allowing for a smooth delivery and deployment.

Training and development is very important to us. The varied nature of our work means that on job training with your direct team is continuous (this applies to everyone, from apprentices to the owners!) but we are always looking to give you opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Whether it's structured courses provided by a third party, or spending time with other teams within the business to get involved in new things, we want to give you as much support as we can to upskill and push your boundaries.

The Perks

Referral Bonus

At Mantle we love what we do, but as well as the satisfaction of a job well done, we pay a thank you bonus to team members who spread the word and open the door to new opportunities. If a team member refers in a client, upon completion of a project and a final invoice being paid we will pay out 10% of the pre-VAT project value to the referring team member.

Annual Bonus

Cooperation is one of our core values, and being on big team across departments, at the end of every financial year we pay out 10% of our operation profit to the team as an annual bonus, rewarding everyone equally across the business for their hard work and effort in supporting Mantle.

Help us build the infrastructure and tooling that enables teams to ship confidently. You'll work on cloud architecture, CI/CD, and developer experience.
