By replacing manual, human-led workflows with a custom-built online ordering portal, Quadrata transformed how customers quoted, ordered, and managed deliveries, resulting in significant sales growth and faster lead times.

Challenge

All sales, quoting, deliveries, and order processing were previously handled through manual processes. This led to long lead times, inefficiencies across teams, and limited scalability. Quadrata wanted to take on a more technology-driven role within their industry and improve the experience for both internal teams and customers.

Solution

Mantle Development designed and built a cutting-edge online ordering portal that allowed Quadrata's customers to manage quotes, orders, and deliveries in real time. The solution automated ordering, enabled customer-defined pricing mark-ups, and integrated new internal workflows to support sales and operations.

A custom online portal was developed allowing customers to log in and manage quotes, orders, and deliveries in real time. Customers could apply their own mark-ups and generate end-user quotations, driving higher sales and faster order processing.

A new ticketing system was introduced, enabling customers to submit issues directly to product specialists, improving response times and customer satisfaction.
